search resultsPrior to creating web sites and directories I was a real estate appraiser for 18 years. To obtain business and new clients I originally had to go door to door to banks and mortgage companies and ask for business. This was not appealing to me as I hate to sell and very rarely did I obtain new clients.

Eventually I started marketing my services on the Internet using pay per click marketing. This helped me obtain new business and clients, however it can get very expensive and many clicks don't lead to business. I then did two things that helped me obtain more business and clients for a reasonable fee.

1. Directories
I listed my services in a few appraisal directories that helped potential clients find me and provide me with business.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
I taught myself search engine optimization. This enabled me to get my web site listed in the top 10 search results for appraisers in my town.

These two marketing efforts helped me grow my business when other appraisers I know were struggling.

With my knowledge of Internet marketing I now combine the two (directories and search engine optimization) to help dentists obtain new patients and more business for a fee of only $29.95 per month. One new patient will more than pay for the cost to advertise your services in the Jupiter Dentist Directory for the entire year.

One last thing. You never know what obtaining one new patient can lead too. I once did an appraisal and the client referred me to a friend of his who was in charge of the appraisal department for a major bank. This one referral led to a seven year relationship with the bank and over $100,000 in appraisal orders. This could happen to you.
