Michael Cappello "Webmaster" & "Client" (submitting order) enter into a business relationship for advertising 
purposes as outlined in this Terms of Agreement.
1. Webmaster will provide the Client a listing in the Jupiter Dentist Directory which will include their office name and/or dentist name, their type of dentistry specialty, office address, phone number, their main website address (optional) and a brief description or advertisement describing the type of services Client provides.
2. Client understands that by listing their dental services in the directory it is up to the them to check out anyone who contacts them regarding their services via this contact, just like they would if anyone calls them from the phone book, TV, radio or newspaper ad or or any other source. The Webmaster assumes no responsibility for any patients Client obtains as a result of placing their information in the Jupiter Dentist Directory.
3. By listing their dental services in the directory, Client is stating that they have the proper state licenses, certifications and credentials to perform the types of dentistry that they list and that they are in good standing in the state of Florida.
4. Client agrees to provide accurate information describing the services they provide. Client's office must be located in Jupiter, Florida or the immediate area, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta and Juno Beach.
5. Client understands that placing their information in this directory is for advertising purposes only.
6. Client understands that advertising their services in the directory is the same as advertising in the phone book, newspaper, radio, television, etc. as there are no guarantees to the amount of potential patients that will contact you or utilize your services.
7. The Webmaster currently owns and will continue to own the directory, website and domain name where the Client will advertise their services (www.jupiter-dentist.net).
8. Webmaster will use their knowledge and experience to create a search engine optimized directory/website that will enable it to appear in the search results for various search engines, including Google and Yahoo.
9. No Guarantees: Search engine algorithms are continuously changing which affects where web sites appear in the search results. There are no guarantees where and when the directory/web site will appear in the search results for various search engines. There is no guarantee to the number of patients the Client will receive from advertising in the directory.
10. The fee for a directory listing is $29.95 per month. Payment must be made pay by credit card or through your Pay Pal account which will automatically be billed $29.95 per month until you cancel your listing, which you can do at anytime. For convenience purposes I do not accept checks or other forms of payment. All payments are submitted through Pay Pal which is one of the safest ways to pay and at no time will I have access to your credit card or Pay Pal account information.
11. Pay per click marketing (Sponsored Links): The Webmaster will also market the directory/website by using pay per click marketing in Google (AdWords) and Yahoo (Search Marketing). This is included in the $29.95 monthly fee and there are no additional fees for this service. The amount spent monthly on pay per click marketing is determined solely by the Webmaster.
12. Webmaster agrees to create only one dentist directory for Jupiter, Florida and allow only six dentist listings in the directory with each listed under a different dentist description. The following list includes the dentist descriptions to choose from; family, cosmetic, pediatric, general, emergency, sedation, orthodontist, endodontist, periodontist, oral pathologist, prosthodontist or oral and maxillofacial surgeon. If there is a better description to describe the services you provide please enter it in the order form. I do this so my Clients are not competing against each other and each dentist should receive a more qualified patient seeking their specific type of services.
13. If Client cancels their listing in the directory, the advertising space will be made available to another dentist in the area.
14. If the Webmaster becomes aware that the Client submitted false information to attain a listing in the directory, he has the right to remove the Client's information from the directory. No refunds will be made and the Webmaster has the right to rent the advertising space in the directory to another dentist.
15. The Webmaster reserves the right to deny a directory listing to anybody for any reason.
16. Webmaster reserves the right to increase the monthly fee, however prior to doing this all listing clients will be provided notice of this increase three months in advance.

Indemnity
Advertising your services in the Jupiter Dentist Directory is provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Neither this agreement nor any documentation furnished under it is intended to express or imply any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
The Jupiter Dentist Directory, and its owner/webmaster, shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any loss of business, profits or goodwill, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character, even if the Jupiter Dentist Directory and owner is aware of the risk of such damages, that result in any way from applicant's use of or inability to use this service.
The Jupiter Dentist Directory and the site owner's/webmaster's liability to applicant shall not, for any reason, exceed the amount actually paid by applicant to the Jupiter Dentist Directory, owner/webmaster under this agreement.
By completing the order form and clicking the "Yes" to the Terms of Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information, and that you agree to be bound by this agreement.
Terms may change in the future
Your inclusion in the Jupiter dentist directory is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms you should not utilize these services. The Webmaster may at his sole discretion modify these Terms at any time and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on this site. The most current version of these Terms can be accessed through the "Terms of Agreement" link on the "Dentists Advertise on this Site" of this site. You agree to review these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Services after the posting of modifications constitutes your affirmative agreement to abide and be bound by the Terms, as modified.
